The most important problem of 2020 for me personally was that urgent topics for materials appeared at a frantic speed, and there was simply no time for thorough texts (to sit for a week). Therefore, when the situation became easier, I decided to tear myself away, and during the summer I had several large articles at once. It was so necessary for me that I ended some of them on long -awaited vacation.

Around March, we realized that disturbing news about coronavirus would soon strangle us, and began to think how to escape from it. One of these corners of salvation was the good news on Instagram: every Sunday we showed (and show!), What happened good in the world. I remember both the penguins who went to the museum and the brilliant story about Fairy , and especially the ass of Corgi (sorry, but what). It seems to me that it is important to remember that sometimes you just need to get distracted, look at the ass of the Corgi - and life will get better.

Many complain that they can neither read nor write about coronavirus - I do not agree. The events of the 2020 is an epic scientific drama, and I do not understand how it suddenly can become uninteresting. This year, people suddenly were distracted from the usual entertaining noise and drew attention to what is most important than anything else - science and its problems!

I wrote a ton of articles, but most of all I remembered the March text about the future - then the WHO just announced the beginning of the pandemic. There were no revelations in him. A knowledgeable person would say that this is such a “primer of infectious epidemiology”. But when I gathered all these important first questions about the future into a slender system, a rather frightening picture of what we have to have arisen.
