Apparently, the Kremlin was only interested in the turnout, not the result. The absolute majority of the votes were received ahead of schedule. As a result, according to official data, with a turnout, 67.97% “for” the amendments were 77.92% (that is, more than 51% of all registered voters). Navalny was kept in the Omsk hospital for two days and did not agree to be transported to the Charite Berlin Clinic on a private medical plane. Navalny also published a recording of a conversation with one of his alleged poisoners. Before the poisoning of Navalny, together with his associates, they shot investigations about some deputies of the City Council of Novosibirsk and the City Duma of Tomsk from the "EP". They were released before the elections of deputies in both cities.

In mid -October, the inhabitants of Khabarovsk held a hundredth of protest against the arrest of Governor Sergei Furgal (LDPR) chosen by people. Protests in Khabarovsk have become a symbol for the regions that even with a formal ban on mass shares, they can be calmly and peacefully carried out. They also absorbed other slogans: Putin’s resignation, the support of Belarusians in their struggle with Alexander Lukashenko, as well as those related to the problems of other regions of the country like solid cutters in Lake Baikal. So “Hands away from Lake Baikal” chanted not only in Irkutsk, but also the Far East, and on Mount Kuzhtau in Bashkiria, where the inhabitants fought with the cutting of the forest.
