Not a virtual deadline at all
The court sentenced Alexander Vtulkin, who threatened to kill the Governor of St. Petersburg Valentina Matvienko, to 1.5 years in prison. Vtulkin, who calls himself the Minister of National Security of the self-proclaimed ((http://www.rusrepublic.ru/ Russian Republic)), was found guilty under the article “Inciting hatred or enmity.” In 2004, Vtulkin contacted Matvienko via the Internet, threatening her with death.
