The rears have lost their cover
The significant dismissal occurred in the context of a reduction in the Russian Armed Forces - Deputy Minister of Defense, Chief of Logistics, Army General Vladimir Isakov was relieved of his post. It was previously reported that he did not agree with the ongoing army reform and submitted his resignation - however, the Ministry of Defense called reports of disagreement in its ranks and reports a “vile lie.” His first deputy, Colonel General Dmitry Bulgakov, was appointed in his place.

The market is like a mirror
Prime Minister V.V. Putin called the “ugly and unfair” estimates that the stock market puts on the Russian economy. The statement is important, because it reflects the representations of the prime minister about economic ugliness and economic justice.

At the same time, the Council decided to resume contacts with Russia, frozen after the war in Georgia. Russia's Permanent Representative to NATO Dmitry Rogozin told Interfax that an informal meeting of the Russia-NATO Council at the ambassadorial level could take place as early as this month.

Blat in law
Who has never used blat? By acquaintance. For our own. A train ticket, a trip to a sanatorium, a ticket to the theater, to a doctor without a queue, to a prosecutor for support. You never know. Especially in Soviet times, when there was little money and even less goods and services. Bad system, bad habit, but... life. If you throw a stone at everyone who has ever used blat, then there will be neither stones nor inhabitants left in the country.

Court NGOs
From December 4 to 7, Penza will host an international congress of non-profit organizations (NPOs) (or non-governmental organizations (NGOs)). A number of human rights organizations, primarily the Moscow Helsinki Group (MHG), refused to participate because the congress was co-organized by the Federation Council. More precisely, the Commission of the Council on the Development of Civil Society Institutions.

Daily Journal:
The current solution is an intra-NATO compromise. The Americans, on the one hand, want to preserve the possibility of drawing Ukraine and Georgia into NATO, and on the other hand, they do not want to lose face.
