The main ideologist of the Kremlin and patron of United Russia, deputy head of the presidential administration, Vladislav Surkov, spoke to young parliamentarians and told them that they need to “be flexible.” According to him, on the one hand, the political system in Russia as a whole has developed, stabilized and is fulfilling its function: four parliamentary parties express and transmit the entire range of significant opinions of society.
