The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, actually accused two of the four leaders of the People's Freedom Party, Boris Nemtsov and Mikhail Kasyanov, of involvement in the riots on Manezhnaya Square on December 11, and Nemtsov also of murder. Speaking in the program “Unreal Politics” on NTV, which aired on January 30, Kadyrov said that Nemtsov and Kasyanov should be sent to prison so that riots like those at Manezhnaya would not happen again.
