Businessman Andrei Kakovkin, who was the first of the Titov List, who returned to Russia, was sentenced to three years in a colony under an article on fraud, Interfax reports with reference to the Kirov court of Rostov-on-Don. The court found that Kakovkin, being the director of the Griff Trade House LLC, allegedly participated in conspiracy with the founder of Ditis Baskakov, with whom he abducted 10 million rubles from MKT on August 11, 2015. The court qualified these actions as fraud.
