Moscow authorities have rejected accusations of destroying the Nemtsov memorial
Moscow authorities have denied accusations of destroying a memorial at the site of Boris Nemtsov's assassination. Igor Pergamenshchik, the press secretary of the deputy mayor for housing and public utilities and landscaping, told Interfax that the Gormost state budgetary institution, which manages the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge, removes only “withered and set aside flowers.” Fresh flowers, as well as candles and portraits, remain in place, Parchmenter assured.
