In Rostov-on-Don, a criminal attacked passers-by with a knife
In the Soviet district of Rostov-on-Don, the police detained a man who attacked passers-by with a knife. According to Interfax, before being arrested, he managed to injure several people. Initially, the man threw himself at passing cars and beat them with his fists, and then, threatening with a knife, took one of the passers-by hostage, writes Life. When law enforcement officers arrived on the scene, the man released the hostage and threatened to commit suicide.
