The candidate from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Andrey Ishchenko wins the election of the head of the Primorsky Territory. After counting 95% of the protocols, he gains 51.6% of the votes. His rival, Acting Governor Andrei Tarasenko, receives 45.8% of the vote.
