Ukrainian special services have detained former air defense commander in the city of Snezhnoye, Vladimir Tsemakh, in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, the BBC Russian Service reports, citing his daughter and lawyer. Former DPR military officer Vladimir Tsemakh was detained in his apartment in Snizhne on June 27. He was then taken to Ukrainian-controlled territory, delivered to Kyiv, where he was arrested two days later, said the detainee's Kiev lawyer Roman Gontarev.
