In a nine-story building on Narodnogo Opolcheniya Avenue in St. Petersburg, where an explosion occurred on March 13, Dmitry Lukyanenko, accused of terrorist bombing of the Perekrestok store, lived, Fontanka reports. He occupied a one-room apartment in the fifth entrance - one from the one in which the household gas exploded, and also on the ninth floor. Currently, Dmitry Lukyanenko is in a special unit of the Kresty detention center.
