46 residents of the Kursk region, whom the Ukrainian military took to Ukraine after the offensive, returned from Ukraine to Russia. Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatyana Moskalkova reported this on her Telegram channel. In particular, 12 children returned to Russia, the ombudsman noted. According to her, among them is one newborn, another child under three years old, as well as a minor with a disability.
