Anna Kuznetsova, Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of Russia, supported the proposal of the Children's Ombudsman of the Penza Region, who came up with the idea of allowing children to create social media accounts only after the age of 14. “Parents, as they say, no one forbids to forbid.
