A Kaliningrad court fined Ivan Luzin, a member of the Libertarian Party, 30,000 rubles; he was found guilty of involving minors in an unauthorized event (part 1.1, article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), MBKh-media . reports Lawyer Alexander Dobralsky announced his intention to appeal this court decision. According to him, Luzin and underage girls arranged a photo shoot, they did not hold an unauthorized action.
