The Yekaterinburg mayor's office wants to be able to give theaters, parks and land plots to military registration and enlistment offices for the needs of mobilization. The document was called “planned”
The Yekaterinburg administration has prepared a draft decision on the right, in conditions of mobilization, to transfer land plots, buildings (including cultural ones - circuses and theaters, even a zoo), as well as parks, to military registration and enlistment offices. Officials refer to a 1997 law regulating the behavior of government authorities during mobilization or martial law.
