The centurion refused to write an explanation
The district police commissioner came to the home of journalist Alexander Sotnik, as agreed, to hand him a form for writing an explanation in connection with the statement of Penza official Andrei Palaznik. At the same time, according to the policeman, the statement remained at the station. After the district police officer informed Sotnik that he had the right to refuse to write an explanation on the basis of Article 51 of the Constitution, the journalist immediately refused.

The head of the national parliament of Tatarstan was sentenced to a year of probation for publications on Facebook
Fauzia Bairamova, writer and head of the Milli Majlis (national parliament) of Tatarstan, was sentenced to a year of probation. The Naberezhnye Chelny Court found her guilty of inciting hatred or enmity, expressed in two Facebook posts in February 2014. One publication was devoted to the events on the territory of Ukraine, including in the Crimea. The other is the persecution of peaceful Muslims in Tatarstan.

The centurion agreed with the police that they would bring the explanatory form to his home
Journalist Oleksandr Sotnyk, who was summoned for interrogation by the district police officer, agreed with the police that he would write the explanation they demanded of him at home. EcoWatch activist sentenced to 8 days of administrative arrest
Tatyana Borisova, an activist of the Environmental Watch for the North Caucasus, who was detained tonight, was sentenced to eight days of administrative arrest for an alleged violation of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
