The house of activist Ekaterina Maldon is being searched. She herself is not in the apartment, her husband, children and mother-in-law are present. Employees say that the search is being carried out due to the fact that the entrance where the apartment is located was painted with pro-Ukrainian inscriptions, although Maldon herself claimed that unknown provocateurs did this. They take away all literature, posters, flags of Ukraine, badges, wreaths, as well as a computer.

Those detained during an indefinite duty at the United Russia office were released from the Meshchansky police station without a protocol being drawn up. As one of the detainees told OVD-Info, the OVD explained to them that they were not detained, but brought to give explanations due to the fact that the party office employees called the police and said that leaflets were being handed out near the office.

A criminal case has been initiated against the Permian artist Anton Myrzin, who took part in the exhibition "100 Best Patriotic Posters", held in Kyiv and dedicated to military operations in eastern Ukraine. According to Meduza, Myrzin's works were signed with the pseudonym Paperdaemon.

All detainees in Ryazan near Victory Square were released from the Zheleznodorozhny District Department of Internal Affairs without drawing up protocols. According to OVD-Info, they tried to take fingerprints from the detainees, but they refused. They did not ask for explanations.

More than ten people were detained who were going to hold a rally in Ryazan on Victory Square on the occasion of the anniversary of the events on Manezhnaya Square in Moscow in 2010. As eyewitnesses told OVD-Info, young people were detained on the way to the square. They did not chant anything, they walked without symbols, they only had bags in their hands, in which there were candles and portraits.

Three people were detained who continued their permanent duty at the United Russia office due to the fact that doctors and teachers were being deprived of housing. As journalist Alexander Zimbovsky told OVD-Info, Daria Kirillova, Firuza Ashurova, Tamara Lyubchich were detained. They are being taken to the Meshchansky police department.

Alexander Byvshev, a school German language teacher from the village of Kromy, Oryol region, who was accused of inciting hatred or enmity in connection with writing poems addressed to “Ukrainian patriots,” received a letter in which an unknown addressee threatened to kill him. The letter says that "there is a very high probability" not to live to see the trial, since the addressee is going to pass his own, "very harsh" sentence on him.

The Kudymkar City Court declared illegal the decision of the city administration to refuse to approve a rally dedicated to the problems of providing medical services in the city. The rally nevertheless took place, at the end of which the leader was detained, and administrative cases were brought against the organizers. The organizers, however, managed to challenge the decision of the administration in court.

The head of the "Committee against Torture" Igor Kalyapin was pelted with eggs at a press conference at the Independent Press Center. At a press conference, human rights activists commented on the demand of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, to punish the relatives of the militants - Kadyrov, in particular, promised to evict them from the republic and burn their houses.

Alexander Samokhin and Nikolai Kolyshkin were released after a conversation with employees of the Center for Combating Extremism in Police Department No. 2 of the Oktyabrsky District of Ryazan. According to OVD-Info Samokhin, the reason for the conversation was that they reported on the Internet about an event scheduled for December 11, dedicated to the anniversary of the national gathering on Manezhnaya Square in 2010, the day before the notification of its holding was submitted.

Two local nationalists were detained in Ryazan. Alexander Samokhin and Nikolai Kolyshkin were detained after a meeting of the local branch of the Russian organization. As Samokhin's friend told OVD-Info, after the meeting the nationalists were "invited" for a talk by employees of the local Center for Combating Extremism. Currently, Samokhin and Kolyshkin are in police department No. 2 of the Oktyabrsky district of Ryazan. They may draw up protocols under Art.
