The court granted the appeal of the Tul resident under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses
As reported by the Tula Active portal , the Proletarian District Court of Tula found the pensioner Vyacheslav Reguzov not guilty of committing an administrative offense. Reguzov was detained on May 22, 2014 at the Kirovets stadium in Tula. Trying to resist the construction of a sports facility, local residents came to a meeting with representatives of the city administration and developers to convey their position to them.

The editor of a news portal was attacked in Sevastopol
In Sevastopol, on April 9, the editor of the Informer news portal, Irina Ostaschenko, was brutally attacked. According to the Regnum news agency, an unknown person attacked Ostaschenko when she was returning home. The journalist was hospitalized and underwent surgery. The agency mentions that Ostashchenko has repeatedly criticized the city authorities in articles.

Secretary of the Communists of Russia party detained in Stavropol
Today at about 10:00 in the Oktyabrsky district of the city of Stavropol, the second secretary of the Stavropol regional branch of the Communists of Russia party, Mikhail Abrahamyan, was detained. According to the press service of the party, 10 minutes before the arrest, Abrahamyan was hit with a shoulder by an unknown citizen, after which police officers arrived and detained him on charges of petty hooliganism (20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
