As reported by the Tula Active portal , the Proletarian District Court of Tula found the pensioner Vyacheslav Reguzov not guilty of committing an administrative offense. Reguzov was detained on May 22, 2014 at the Kirovets stadium in Tula. Trying to resist the construction of a sports facility, local residents came to a meeting with representatives of the city administration and developers to convey their position to them.

In Sevastopol, on April 9, the editor of the Informer news portal, Irina Ostaschenko, was brutally attacked. According to the Regnum news agency, an unknown person attacked Ostaschenko when she was returning home. The journalist was hospitalized and underwent surgery.
