Police in St. Petersburg interrupted the Ingria Fest concert
On Saturday, July 29, police officers interrupted the Ingria-Fest concert, which was held at the Rout club. According to Fontanka, concert attendees were “put face down on the floor”, then their documents were checked. In addition, some of those gathered were tested for drugs. The department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg explained to Fontanka that the police arrived after local residents complained about the noise.
