No one is allowed into the Dzerzhinsky District Court of St. Petersburg, where a hearing is now taking place in the case of Dmitry Myakshin, who is accused of assaulting a policeman. The press and observers are either not allowed to enter the courthouse at all, or they are not allowed into the courtroom. According to an OVD-Info correspondent from the courthouse, even one of the witnesses, Konstantin Pokhilchuk, was not allowed in, he did not receive a summons.
