The Severodvinsk city court fined the Other Russia activist Valery Sheptukhin 150 thousand rubles because of a double-sided poster at a rally against landfills. OVD-Info was told about this in the movement itself. On October 20, Sheptukhin came to the rally with a two-sided poster: one side of the sheet was dedicated to landfills, the other to pension reform.
