In Moscow, in the Alekseevsky police department, law enforcement officers treat detainees rudely. They themselves reported this to OVD-Info. There are at least 10 people in the department. At about 10 a.m. in Vladivostok, employees of Center “E” detained the coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters, Katerina Ostapenko, they write on the politician’s team page on VKontakte.
