A man detained at the July 27 rally was charged with mass unrest.
Sergei Abanichev, who was detained at a rally on July 27 in Moscow, was charged in a criminal case on mass riots (part 2 of article 212 of the Criminal Code). This was reported to OVD-Info by the lawyer of the International Human Rights Group Agora Svetlana Sidorkina, who represents his interests.
