A court in St. Petersburg dismissed two cases due to protests against pension reform in 2018
On October 9, the Petersburg City Court terminated the administrative proceedings against Alena Panova and Alexander Mironov, who were detained at protests against pension reform on September 9, 2018. This was reported by the Detainees Assistance Group. Earlier, Panova was fined 10,000 rubles under an article on participation in an action that interfered with the movement of pedestrians and vehicles (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
