Another activist, Konstantin Fokin, was pushed from an excavator by a worker, after which Fokin was taken away by ambulance. In Orel, activist Yevgeny Potapov was summoned to the prosecutor’s office to draw up a protocol under the article on “inciting hatred or enmity” (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), presumably because of an Internet video where policemen are called “fascists.” This is reported by "7 × 7". In Moscow, activists Elena and Ivan Kotenov were detained during a picket dedicated to the crisis of power in Kalmykia. In Komsomolsk-on-Amur, police detained a local resident Dmitry Fedoseev after the end of the action in support of the arrested ex-governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Sergei Furgal.
