In Moscow, musicians were not allowed to perform in honor of City Day due to support for Navalny
In Moscow, musicians were not allowed to attend a concert in honor of City Day because of their support for Alexei Navalny and participation in protests. Dmitry Klyuev, an employee of the State Academic Choir, told OVD-Info about this. In total, 13 people were removed from the concert - 4 employees of the choir, 3 people from the Svetlanov State Orchestra and 6 people from the directors’ team. All of them, according to Klyuev, ended up in the “FBK databases” or took part in protests.
