Vocal teacher Natalya Narskaya, who was charged in Russia with inciting hatred or hostility on the Internet (Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code) and calls for extremism (Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code), was released from Pretrial Detention Center No. 18 in Almaty.
