In Yekaterinburg, FSO employees interrupted the training of professional rowers because of the Russia-EU summit taking place in the city, Evgeny Salakhov, a member of the Russian Olympic rowing team, said on Twitter. “I went out onto the water, rowed, didn’t touch anyone, a boat approached, people with machine guns ordered to get off the water, Putin is in the city. He’s afraid of us,” Salakhov wrote on Tuesday morning.
