A seminar for Christian journalists began in Beryozki boarding house near Moscow, organized by the Russian United Union of Christians of the Evangelical Faith. On November 10, a representative office of the International Prison Ministry Association was opened in Vladimirsky Central, a famous transit prison. The headquarters of the international organization is located in Switzerland. Its branch in Vladimir - the Orthodox Prison Ministry Mission - was opened largely thanks to Evgeny Borovskikh, rector of the Holy Trinity Church of Vladimir.

In early November, an act of vandalism was committed in Novy Urengoy. The young man, who was in a state of alcoholic and drug intoxication, destroyed the interior of the Orthodox Church, damaged the altar and icons. Corrupted holy gifts will be re-sanctified. The material damage was estimated by a specially created commission at 1 million 270 thousand rubles. The temple was supported by local enterprises and promised by the city authorities.

Several believers appealed to the Constitutional Court with a demand to recognize the assignment of TIN as unconstitutional, since its introduction is contrary to "freedom of conscience and religion." The court pointed out that the TIN is used only to record taxpayers and does not affect the religious beliefs of citizens.

On August 25, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Main Directorate for the Execution of Punishments (GUIN) and the Russian Union of Christians of the Evangelical Faith (ROSHVE). According to the website " Pobeda.ru ", on October 8, a letter was sent to the GUIN from the chairman of the Synodal Department for interaction with the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies of the Moscow Patriarchate, Archpriest Dimitry Smirnov.
