Violence after Beslan is a vicious circle
On December 28, 2004, at a press conference at the Independent Press Center, the Moscow Bureau for Human Rights presented its report on manifestations of xenophobia in Russia after the Beslan events. According to the author of the report, Semyon Charny, after the events in Beslan, the aggressive reflex of society worked immediately and was expressed, first of all, in the unprecedented activity and cruelty of national radicals, skinheads and similar movements.
