Skinheads attacked a Bolivian citizen in St. Petersburg
Late in the evening of November 26, 2006 in St. Petersburg on Nevsky Prospekt, near the Moscow Station, 42-year-old Florence Buena, a native of Bolivia, was approached by three young people - short-haired, but dressed in ordinary, not skinhead clothes (two were in "Zenith" scarves). Those who came up behaved aggressively and, shouting nationalist slogans, clearly intended to start a fight.
