On August 7, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation is to consider a cassation appeal against the decision to ban the National Bolshevik Party, adopted by the Moscow City Court on April 19. The text of the court decision was received by Eduard Limonov with a very long delay and was immediately appealed . One can only hope that the court will take into account not only the arguments that were set out in E. Limonov's complaint, but also some other, more significant ones.

On August 1, 2007, the Novosibirsk Regional Court began a new trial of the "Rodoshkevich group" - eight Novosibirsk residents accused of a series of brutal attacks committed in 2002.
