The trial of Boris Mironov has resumed
On September 25, 2007, the trial in the case of the former Minister of Press of the Russian Federation Boris Mironov, accused under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("incitement of national hatred"). During the debate, prosecutor Yuri Kondratyev asked the court to find Mironov guilty under paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity using one’s official position”).

Cemetery desecrated in Lipetsk region
Unidentified persons desecrated the graves at the Preobrazhensky cemetery in the city of Lebedyan, Lipetsk region. Oak crosses were broken at the memorial of honorary citizens of the city of Igumnov. Along the central alley of the cemetery, the crosses were also broken or pulled out: some of them were thrown into the fences of the graves, some were found outside the cemetery. Presumably, the act of vandalism was committed by two young men. An investigation into the incident has begun.

Mass brawl in Nizhny Novgorod
September 23, 2007 in Nizhny Novgorod, near the stadium "Start", there was a mass brawl between a group of young people and natives of Azerbaijan. First, about 20 teenagers attacked 2 teenagers from Azerbaijan, shouting "beat the blacks" at the same time . Other Azerbaijanis came to the aid of young people. A fight broke out. According to a witness of the incident, there are seriously injured on both sides. Several people have been hospitalized.

Criminal case under Art. 282.2 against activists of the Tatar RNU sent to court
