Unidentified persons desecrated the graves at the Preobrazhensky cemetery in the city of Lebedyan, Lipetsk region. Oak crosses were broken at the memorial of honorary citizens of the city of Igumnov. Along the central alley of the cemetery, the crosses were also broken or pulled out: some of them were thrown into the fences of the graves, some were found outside the cemetery. Presumably, the act of vandalism was committed by two young men. An investigation into the incident has begun.

September 23, 2007 in Nizhny Novgorod, near the stadium "Start", there was a mass brawl between a group of young people and natives of Azerbaijan. First, about 20 teenagers attacked 2 teenagers from Azerbaijan, shouting "beat the blacks" at the same time . Other Azerbaijanis came to the aid of young people. A fight broke out. According to a witness of the incident, there are seriously injured on both sides. Several people have been hospitalized.

On September 25, 2007, the Supreme Court of Russia overturned the verdict of not guilty in the case of the murder of 19-year-old Artur Sardaryan on May 25, 2006 in the suburban train near Moscow. The case has been remanded for retrial. It should be reminded that the jury delivered a verdict of not guilty in the case of the murder of A. On September 24, 2007, the Tatarstan prosecutor's office approved an indictment in a criminal case against 6 members of the Tatar branch of the Russian National Unity (RNE) movement. The case was transferred to the Supreme Court of Tatarstan.
