Head of the Moscow City Internal Affairs Directorate: “Four groups of Nazi skinheads have been detained”
On January 19, 2009, the head of the Moscow police department, Vladimir Pronin, reported that in Moscow, law enforcement officers had detained 4 groups of radical nationalists suspected of murders and explosions in a week. The last group was neutralized on the night of January 19th. According to Pronin, at least 4-5 people acted in each group. The groups included both Muscovites and residents of other regions of Russia, mostly young people, students of universities and technical schools.
