On February 14, 2009, in St. Petersburg, a group of Nazi skinheads attacked two 9th grade students on their way to school. A group of 25-30 people, shouting calls to kill the “black chocks,” attacked teenagers Tagir Kerimov and Suleiman Ramazanov. Some of the attackers were dressed like Nazi skinheads. According to Suleiman, they beat him on the back, and Tagir Kerimov - only on the head.

On February 6, 2009, the Ob City Court of the Novosibirsk region ceased criminal prosecution of two local residents for inciting national hatred due to the statute of limitations. Recall that they tried to criminalize under part 1 of article 282 involve RONS activists Mikhail Kozhevnikov and Viktor Novikov, for distribution in August 2006 of xenophobic leaflets.
