A trial has begun in the case of a Khabarovsk teacher who refused to accept tests from religious students
On March 23, in the Industrial District Court of Khabarovsk, a trial began in the case of Vladislav Radchenko, a teacher at the Far Eastern State Industrial and Economic College, who refused to certify believing students. He is charged with part 2 of article 136 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and a citizen, depending on his attitude to religion, committed by a person using his official position).
