In the spring of 2009, in the city of Pechora (Komi Republic), unknown people painted a fascist swastika on the walls of residential buildings with black paint and left inscriptions of "provocative content" . A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (vandalism motivated by national hatred). The suspects are two young people born in 1989 and 1990. - detained and under house arrest.
