In Novosibirsk, the murder case of a native of Tajikistan has been sent to court
In early August 2009, a criminal case against a group of young people, two of whom are minors, accused of murdering a Tajik citizen motivated by ethnic hatred in October 2008, was sent to the Novosibirsk Regional Court. Two members of the group, directly guilty of causing death to a citizen of Tajikistan, were charged under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed as part of an organized group) and paragraphs "g", "l" of part 2 of Art.
