On January 25, the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Adygea, the Spiritual Muslim Spiritual Board and the diocesan administration of the republic signed an agreement on cooperation. Previously, a similar agreement on cooperation in the republic already existed. Under the current agreement, the Ministry of Internal Affairs seeks to expand the range of interaction with the muftiate and the diocesan administration and increase the number of joint preventive measures.

On January 28, 2010, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation changed the verdict passed on September 22, 2009 in the case of a group of Nazi skinheads accused of three attempted murders and one murder of foreigners. On January 28, 2010, the center for combating crimes in the consumer market of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate for the Irkutsk Region conducted a search in the office of the Irkutsk organization "Baikal Ecological Wave" under the pretext of checking the licensedness of operating systems on computers. During the search, during which computers and documents were confiscated, employees of the center for combating extremism of the regional police department were present.

On January 28, 2010, four anti-fascists were beaten up in Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan). At one of the bus stops, they were attacked by a group of 20 Nazi skinheads. On January 28, it became known that Rosobrnadzor in Perm had suspended the license giving the right to conduct educational activities of an Orthodox gymnasium. In addition to the Orthodox gymnasium, the decision of Rosobrnadzor concerns five more educational institutions in Perm. The reason was the technical condition of buildings and life support systems.

On January 28, 2010, in Kaluga, a criminal investigation was completed against two police officers who beat detained citizens of Uzbekistan in the police station on the night of September 27, 2009. The indictment was approved, the criminal case was sent for consideration on the merits to the Kaluga District Court. The actions of the accused are qualified as Art.

In the Yaroslavl region, an investigation into the case of a ritual murder committed on the night of June 28-29, 2008 in a forest near Yaroslavl has been completed. Young people are accused of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder), part 2 of Art. 244 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (desecration of the bodies of the dead) and Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft).
