In Kursk, a pre-investigation investigation is underway into racist graffiti that appeared in the city.
On March 3, 2010, it became known that a pre-investigation check was being carried out in Kursk on the fact that stencil images appeared on two streets of the city with calls to kill migrants. It was found that anti-migrant graffiti had been painted by four teenagers aged 15 to 18, students of a lyceum, a technical school and a school in Kursk. An expert study of images and inscriptions was carried out. The audit will be made a procedural decision.
