The accused fully admitted his guilt.

On September 3, 2013, the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Samara Region reported that in the city of Syzran, Samara Region, a verdict was passed in the case of inciting ethnic, religious and social hatred (Part 1, Article 282 of the Criminal Code).

September 3, 2013 in the Industrial District Court of the city of Samara considered the issue of applying coercive measures of a medical nature to 27-year-old local resident, who was previously accused of inciting a national hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code). The young man was accused of being on February 7, 2012 posted on the page "Andrey Kasatkin" in the social network "VKontakte" image cartoon character with an ax in his hands and the inscription "Take an ax!

In September 2013, two criminal cases were initiated in Pskov case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred). Cases were opened against two unknown persons who, according to investigations, published on the page administered by them in the social network "VKontakte" videos and audio clips that call for racist violence. Unfortunately, what kind of videos are we talking about and against whom? they are sent, not reported. So far no one has been arrested in the case.

In September 2013 in the Neftekumsky district of the Stavropol edge was initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (excitation national hatred). The reason for the initiation of the case was anti-Russian statements 26-year-old businessman, which he shouted during the conflict with the 48-year-old local a resident.
