An anti-Semitic message was found at the headquarters of Ksenia Sobchak in St. inscription. On January 9, 2018, unknown people wrote on the headquarters building Ksenia Sobchak on the street. The LDPR again demands that the article on incitement of hatred be noted. On January 11, 2018, a bill recognizing Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of hatred or enmity) no longer in force. The initiators of the bill were deputies of the LDPR faction Vladimir Zhirinovsky, Vadim Dengin, Yaroslav Nilov, Alexey Didenko, Mikhail Degtyarev, Elena Strokova, Alexander Kurdyumov, Alexander Sherin and Vasily Vlasov.

In the Chelyabinsk region, the case of a 37-year-old resident of Asha was brought to court for a message and text on a social network "calling for enmity with non-Muslim states." In January 2018, the Ashinsky City Prosecutor's Office of the Chelyabinsk Region approved a decision to send the criminal case to court for the application of a medical measure.
