Moscow: a passer-by tried to cut the throat of a visitor from Uzbekistan
On April 15, 2018, in Moscow, in the underpass of the Savelovskaya metro station, there was an attack on a native of Uzbekistan. According to law enforcement agencies, a 42-year-old passerby approached a visitor sitting on the steps, grabbed him by the hair and pulled him over. After that, he took out a folding knife and made several cuts on the victim's neck. Fortunately, the attack was seen by a policeman who detained the attacker.
