Crimea: the criminal case under Art. 282
In Crimea, the case of 27-year-old resident of Yalta Elina Mamedova, who was accused of inciting ethnic hatred, was dismissed. In January 2019, in Crimea, the investigator decided, due to the lack of corpus delicti, to dismiss the case of Elina Mamedova, a 27-year-old resident of Yalta, who was charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred). This decision is connected with the partial decriminalization of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code.
