In February 2019, the Sharypov City Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory returned to the prosecutor the case of Evgeny Sukharev, accused under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On May 4, 2019, the Maykop City Court recognized the pastor local religious organization "Church of Evangelical Christians (Pentecostals) “The Word of Life” of Maykop” by Y. Dachev guilty under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code RF (organization or holding of a public event without filing a the established procedure for notification of a public event) and fined him 20 thousand rubles.

The court sentenced the young people to terms of 5 to 5.5 years in prison. On August 6, 2020, the Trusovsky District Court of Astrakhan issued a verdict in the case of three ultra-right young people. Two of them were found guilty under Part 3 of Art. 222.1 of the Criminal Code (illegal acquisition and storage of explosives), ch. 1.1 and 2 Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code (participation in an extremist community and recruitment into it) and Part 3 of Art.

Residents of Kazan opposed the construction of a mosque on Simonov Street and achieved an audit of the legality of issuing a building permit. On May 23, 2019, it became known that the residents of Kazan performed against the construction of a mosque on Simonov Street. The site at the intersection of Godovikova and Simonov streets was provided to the parish of the mosque "Rahmatulla" back in 2011.

In Moscow, a court fined an ANS activist who participated in actions at the residence of the patriarch in support of the residents of Yekaterinburg, the protesters against the construction of a temple in the square. On May 23, 2019, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow fined activist of the nationalist organization " People's Resistance Association " Lilya Osipova for 15 thousand rubles, having found her guilty under Part 6.1 of Art.

The Oryol Regional Court upheld the verdict against Jehovah's Witness Dennis Christensen, convicted under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On May 23, 2019, the Oryol Regional Court upheld the sentence handed down to Dennis Christensen under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization of the activities of an extremist organization). A Dane was sentenced to six years in prison with serving a sentence in a penal colony for leading the Oryol organization of Jehovah's Witnesses.

The court decided to expel Yevgeny Kim, who was released from the colony, from the country, since he was deprived of Russian citizenship as convicted under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. In May 2019, it became known that Yevgeny Kim, a follower of the Annunciation Islamic theologian Said Nursi, was deprived of Russian citizenship and would be expelled from Russia. On April 10, 2019, he was released from IK-3 in Khabarovsk, where he was serving a term under Part 1 of Art.

Denis Zhukov was again charged under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code after the prosecutor's office returned the case to the investigation. On May 20, 2019, Krasnoyarsk resident Denis Zhukov, a follower of the Islamic theologian Said Nursi, was charged again under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization).
