Six people are accused of participating in the activities of a terrorist organization and attempting to seize power by force.

October 10, 2019 a group of deputies from different factions submitted to the State Duma a draft amendment to the laws “On Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation” and "On freedom of conscience". The amendments establish a rule that allows organizers to sports events to provide believing athletes with the opportunity for participation in religious ceremonies and appropriate premises.

A 31-year-old resident of Yaroslavl was sentenced to 2.5 years of probation. On October 11, 2019, it became known that in Yaroslavl, the Zavolzhsky District Court found a 31-year-old local resident guilty under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 2.5 years of probation.

On October 10, 2019, the State Duma rejected the the first reading of the draft law on establishing an additional day off - on Svetly Monday (first Monday after Easter).
