Another Jehovah's Witness is stripped of Russian citizenship
Sentenced to three and a half years in prison, Konstantin Bazhenov is deprived of Russian citizenship. On May 19, 2020, it became known that Konstantin Bazhenov, a follower of the teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses from the Saratov Region, was deprived of Russian citizenship. According to believers, Bazhenov was born in Veliky Novgorod, but moved to Ukraine as a child. He returned to Russia only in 2009, when he received citizenship.
