A 16-year-old girl is accused of threatening to kill because of ethnic hatred. On February 4, 2021, it became known that in St. Petersburg, a criminal case was initiated against a 16-year-old local resident under Part 2 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code (threat of murder motivated by national hatred). The accused is under house arrest. The reason for initiating the case was the xenophobic threats that a teenager, threatening with a knife, addressed to a subway passenger.

At the beginning of February 2021, public discussion of the construction project of another Orthodox church in Frunzensky district of St. Petersburg, on the territory of the green zone adjacent to Park of Fire Heroes. As of February 4, out of more than 40 responses on the website of the government of St. Petersburg, only one was in support for the construction, the rest - against.

February 4 Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory satisfied the claim of the regional Ministry of Forestry economy to terminate the contract with the community of the Church of the Last Testament about use of the forest area. The plaintiff considered that the community violated the terms of the contract and used the site not only for religious activities: residential buildings were built on the site, and the area was littered with waste.

RID made this list along with the Proud Boys far-right movement and eleven other organizations. On February 3, 2021, the Government of Canada included the Russian Orthodox-monarchist organization "Russian Imperial Movement" in the list of terrorist organizations. RID was established in 2002, the center of the organization is in St. Petersburg, and the leader is Stanislav Vorobyov.
