On April 21, 2021 in Crimea, the Central District Court of Simferopol under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of extremist materials) arrested for 5 days local resident Alina Grek, who in 2014 published on her VKontakte page the video “Hitler vs. Putin, the great rap battle” (item 4289 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials).

Vitaly Popov is accused of participating in the activities of an extremist organization and of financing it. On April 26, 2021, during a debate in the Leninsky District Court of Novosibirsk, the prosecutor demanded that Vitaly Popov, a follower of the teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses, be sentenced to six years in prison with deprivation of the right to work in public service for three years and with restriction of liberty for one year. The believer is accused under Part 2 of Art.

April 27, 2021 it became known that the Evangelical Christian Church "Hosanna" applied to the Property Relations Committee of St. Petersburg with a request about the transfer to her of the building of the Anglican Church of Jesus Christ, as well as the house with her and two outbuildings. All objects are located on the English Embankment. In 2016 these premises were transferred to the Music Hall Theatre. Now the objects are under restoration.

On April 20, in Moscow, unknown people set fire to the building of the Shamir Jewish community and depicted a swastika on the wall of the building. On April 20, 2021, unidentified persons set fire to the building of the Shamir synagogue in the Moscow district of Perovo. The swastika was painted on the building.
